On the 21st of April 2001 at Aero Club in Belgrade, Professor Mica Jovanovic presented his new book "Intercultural Management". It is, probably, one of the first books on this topic published in Europe.

The book is dedicated to the students, as well as to the wider audience. The crucial issue which was explained in this book is that – in the globalized world – business cannot be organized internationally, but interculturally. Since the borders are being desappeared the business will be doing not between different states, but between different cultures. Also, Professor Jovanovic anticipates that – with the introduction of Euro as a common currency of EU countries – less developed European countries (Greece, Portugal, Spain) will be put in economic and financial crisis, since their foreign debt will increase twice. Also, he predicts that Germany will economically rule Europe, which will provoke the end of EU.

The presentation of the book was attended by many eminent personalities from Serbia, France and Germany.
